7 Reasons for Customers to Email you!
In a previous post, we talked about ways that you can encourage customers to give you their email address to start a dialogue. Now that you've started that dialogue, encourage customers to start talking to you! Here are some reasons why customers could email you: 1. Customers can send you product reviews that you could post in your store, on your website or in an email newsletter.2. Additionally, you can use product reviews and customer suggestions to decide what products and services to stock in your store. 3. Customers can comment on exceptional employees and service: recognize outstanding service in your store.4. Customers can let you know wh
ether your competitors are offering similar products or services at lower costs, or whether competitors offer better products that you might want to stock.5.  Customers can share stories of how they used the products they've purchased in your store.6. Customers can enter contests that you sponsor.7. Customers can answer polls that you create and send out. Include one of these ideas in your email to customers to they'll know you're open to communicating with them via email.  And come share your experiences with this in our forums!Â
